As a founder, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of The St. Paul Group; Henry Hartlove oversees all financial and personnel decisions. He is the contact for proposal billing and cost requirements. Henry has over 40 years of experience in:

• Cost Accounting for projects and personnel
• Financial Management of assets
• Tax Accounting advisory

Henry holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from University of Richmond. He also has held a CPA license and has past experience as a Hospital Auditor. As a longstanding member of the Cockeysville, Timonium Lions Club, Henry is Past-President and was awarded the organization's highest honor known as the "Melvin Jones" award.
